Winter wonderland and snowy eggs

I spent the weekend in a Winter wonderland aka snowy Sweden. Even though it was -10 it was worth putting on some layers and going for a run.

Back in the kitchen I got busy making my own snowy eggs or “oeufs à la neige” as the French like to call it.
