I can’t believe that it’s been a whole year since my book was first released. It’s been a whirlwind 12 months, and I’ve been blown away by the the support I’ve received from all of you. So – a big thanks to everyone who has been cooking my recipes from The Little Paris Kitchen, great to have you along for the ride!

A book filled with facts and accounts about the history of typography wouldn’t normally take my fancy. Whilst I’m a big graphic design fan, I’m not usually one to instantly fall head over heels for type faces. However, when I came across ‘Just My Type’, I did indeed fall for Simon Garfield’s beautiful storytelling and neat way of describing how typography plays an important role in creative history.

My book, ‘The Little Paris Kitchen’, is launching in the States today February 5, 2013! You can order it online here. Published by Chronicle Books, the US version features some little changes (from the original English book), to accommodate for a US audience. Some updates include cup measurements and Fahrenheit temperatures, and words such as coriander have been swapped for cilantro – after all, you say tomato and I say…
