With a background as a trained pâtisserie chef and published food writer Rachel Khoo is perfectly suited for a wide variety of projects in food consulting.

Rachel works with a diverse range of brands, corporations and food venues. Developing and researching new products, writing reports on eating or culinary trends and translating those trends into a new product, menu or concept for a restaurant are just some of the skills she uses as a food consultant.

As a regular organiser of workshops Rachel Khoo is very comfortable speaking effectively and authoritatively in front of live audiences or in front of the camera.
