Behind the scenes of my Christmas shoot
I was flicking through some behind the scenes footage from my Christmas shoot with the Daily Mail, and thought you might like to have a look yourselves.
The talented Keiko Oikawa snapped away, while food stylist Frankie Unsworth and prop stylist Olivia Wardle jumped on board to help me style my Christmas menu to perfection.
The day kicked off with mincemeat, Christmas pudding and buttery pastry - making the studio smell heavenly for the day.
You can find the recipe for my Mincemeat and Christmas pudding twist on the Daily Mail. It's a great "tear and share" style dessert for all the family.
Next up came the selection of party perfect canapés.
Here's food stylist Frankie - getting her hands dirty on the potato canapé production line!
Potato canapés and Celeriac velouté shots with crispy pancetta.
Then, to wash them down, my Pomegranate party spritzer.
While the oven was busy at work, there was plenty of time for rummaging around in Olivia's prop box.
Or sifting through the pile of tissue paper and gift wrap backdrops.
I love collecting random bits of crockery and kitchen paraphernalia, so this mishmash of glasses was right up my street.
I'll be adding some more recipes from the shoot to the blog this week - so keep your eyes peeled and let me know if you decide to try them out.
