What's got you cooking from my new book?

L-R: Cygnet Kitchen; The Belgian Bun; Doris Weiss; Write Note Reviews; Sarah Coghill; Lemon and Vanilla; Articulate Artist; Emily Chiang; Fi Nyugen.

Crazy to think that it’s nearly two months since my new book, Rachel Khoo’s Kitchen Notebook, was published over in the UK, Australia and New Zealand – and it’s also launched in the Netherlands and Germany. Where has the time gone?

One of the best things about doing all this is seeing my creations come to life in your kitchens. Seeing all your tweets, emails, Facebook posts, pictures on Instagram etc. of what you've been cooking up has been really amazing – especially during some of the really long days filming. Never fails to make me smile, so I thought I’d share some of my favourites (see above!).

Here's a summary of all the recipes I’ve shared on the blog so far:

Starters / snacks

Lemon, dill and fish roe buns

Baked goat’s cheese cigars

Potato churros with red pepper dipping sauce

Mains

Slow roasted pork belly with sloe gin

Cauliflower cheese burgers

Winter salad with seared scallops

Desserts / baking

Strawberries and cream layer cake

Plum jelly with elderflower cream

Pistachio and Pomegranate cake

Lemon Lava Cakes

Which recipes will you be cooking next? I’d love to see some more of your creations over the coming weeks. Remember to tag me and use the hashtag #rkkitchennotebook so I can find your photos; you can also post them to my Facebook page or leave a link to your blog in the comments below too.
