My snapshots...blue skies in Melbourne

Absolutely loving being here in Melbourne, especially the weather - so nice to see blue skies, rather than the grey ones I'd be seeing at home! Really excited by all the incredible food I'm trying as well, enjoyed the incredible selection at Mork Chocolate. If you're looking for a sweet treat for yourself this weekend, why not try my Plum Jelly with Elderflower Chantilly recipe?

Thanks to everyone who's been letting me know about Rachel Khoo's Kitchen Notebook airing around the world! If you've not seen it yet, you can currently catch it on Good Food in the UK on Saturday mornings; in New Zealand on Choice TV on Thursday evenings; and the Cooking Channel in the US.

Speaking of TV, a lot of you will know I'm in Melbourne filming a new show with SBS Australia. Can't wait for you to all see it later this year; Melbourne is such an amazing city full of vibrant, diverse produce and places to eat. To get you in the mood, SBS will be airing the Kitchen Notebook: Cosmpolitan Cook series from Thursday 2nd April.

One last thing - there's just a week left to apply if you're interested in joining me as my Lifestyle Online Media Coordinator! Remember you must be available for an interview on Friday 10th April in London, and to start on Monday 20th April.

Here's my highlights from the past week in Melbourne:

1. Little bees.

2. Glorious blue skies - love a bit of pomegranate too! Have you tried my Pomegranate and Pistachio Cake yet?

3. Loved receiving this hand written fan mail from a young fan at my signing.

Bon weekend all!

Rachel
