Forget macarons it’s all about éclairs in Paris. Just opened today by the pâtisserie chef Christophe Adam, L’éclair de Génie is offering a delicious selection of classic (chocolate, coffee, salted butter caramel…) filled éclairs aswell as some unusual flavours combinations like marshmallow or the limited edition Christmas one with little chocolate bursting candy that snaps, crackles and pops in your mouth. The only problem is you’ll want to eat more than one!
