Recipe: Barbecued Pineapple with Maple Butter Glaze {video}

Barbecue pineapple is an oldie but a goodie. The mix of flavours is incredible - the tropical sweetness of the pineapple blending with the maple butter, flaked sea salt and the delicious caramelisation from the grill. Serve as a dessert with ice-cream and grated lime zest or even add to a savoury dish.
