First thing’s first: my breakfast ideas to get you going

I almost always wake up to a new day tempted by the idea of scrambled eggs on a piece of buttered sourdough. Better yet, a big bowl of Greek yoghurt and homemade muesli with a drizzle of honey. Although, nothing quite beats homemade pancakes as a weekend treat. The Khoollect Team has been doing some breakfast research and, knowing them, the finds are sure to be absolutely delicious. I thought I’d share a handful of my best picks from Khoollect, so brew yourself a big cup of tea and prepare to be tempted. Expect some scrumptious morning eats that’ll get you out of bed and into the kitchen.

  1. I love the idea of using a blowtorch for breakfast! If only… now there’s something to add to my bucket list. These are all beautiful ideas, and I love that with the rise of Instagram, food presentation has come to the forefront of public knowledge – it is such a wonderful medium of art, with great shapes and textures… oh, and you can eat it when you’re done!
