My seasonal winter menu suggestions

If you follow me on Instagram, you’d have seen an abundance of finger-numbing winter scenes and comforting winter foods to match. I’m inspired to not only get in the kitchen and cook warming winter dishes, but to set the scene, light a few candles and go all-out hygge. For me, seasonal cooking and winter wellness is important during the colder months, and I’m taking advantage of the new year to set goals and keep self-care in mind.

Next time you’re in need of winter cooking inspiration, have a look at what I’ve put together here.  A seasonal winter menu that’ll get you out of the cold, and creative in the kitchen (you can check out my summer menu suggestions here).

You can use these menu suggestions to lure friends and family out of the house and into your home for when you’re hosting your next gathering or as a reference for a fuss-free meal that can be both cooked and enjoyed by you. After a chilly day out in the cold, I can’t help but get excited by the idea of sharing a hearty dinner with friends and family at home; and as long as we’re all together, things won’t be feeling so chilly anymore.
