Escape the winter gloom this week, with my sunny Vietnamese-inspired prawn and mango salad in my Evening Standard column.

Your show is wonderful. I am waiting for the release of “The Little Paris Kitchen” cookbook in the US. I just watched the Sticky Chicken Episode and would love to prepare the grapefruit curd and meringue tartlet, could you lead me to that recipe.
