Recipe: Roasted Marrow with a Ratatouille filling
Looking to give leftovers a new lease on life? In my latest Evening Standard Column I shed a new light on the humble marrow (sometimes considered to be the courgette’s overgrown cousin). Here’s my recipe for Roasted Marrow with a Ratatouille filling (a great way to use up leftover bits and bobs).
