If you’ve been following Khoollect on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter you would have seen that we’ve been getting very autumnal at Khoollect HQ with our debut entertaining series – including three original, autumnal recipes: Pumpkin, rainbow chard and filo tart; Osso bucco; and Hazelnut dacquoise.
The Khoollect team and I teamed up with Anthropologie and Mud Australia in an enchanting woodland setting – where Food Editor Frankie Unsworth combined elegant blues with the warm fall colours from the forest foliage and squash centrepieces, to create a cosy autumnal dining series.
Had a great time playing assistant photographer for the day, making sure Khoollect photographer Lara didn’t fall off her ladder, scurrying around with reflectors and helping to set the table for Frankie – and tucking into the food when no one was looking!
