Eat/share/listen with Brittany Watson Jepsen

Regular readers of my blog will know I love all things crafty. This month, I caught up with the wonderfully creative Brittany Watson Jepsen of The House That Lars Built. You can follow Brittany's adventures on Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

(eat) my fail-safe dish...? Agh! I don't cook! BUT, between my husband and I, I'm the better egg cooker. I usually cook eggs sunny side up. That's about my only dish.

(eat) favourite restaurant/cafe/bar and why…? My favorite restaurant in Utah was Tortilla Bar but they recently went out. (share) can't get through the day without... Just Dance. It's become addictive and necessary to my exercise regimen.

(share) recent inspiring find I've discovered online... Not a recent find, but I'm always so amazed at the work of Mister Finch. Plus he has an awesome Facebook where he links to incredible work.

(listen) a tune I turn up on the radio... Ha! For some reason when Del Amitri's Roll to Me comes on I turn into my 15-year-old self and go to town.

(listen) a quote that resonates with me... I recently saw this quote on Pinterest: "When I was young I used to admire intelligent people; as I grow older, I admire kind people."

I think that sums it up nicely. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and beautiful images, Brittany!
