Food-themed Monday Musings

A cook abroad

* A Cook Abroad show where I visited Malaysia was repeated last night on BBC2. If you missed it, it will be available on BBC iPlayer for another 25 days.

*Some really handy food tips for storing fruit and vegetables!

*Jenny van Sommers brings dessert to life, describing the distinct personalities of jellies in The Jelly Film – kind of hypnotising!

*The ugly fruit campaign – definitely a worthy winner. Love the idea and design.

*Another lovely idea – the Tree Book Tree is a children’s book made from recycled materials, and embedded with seeds. Once read, it can be planted and nurtured into a tree.
