Autumns arrived at Khoollect HQ
Autumn has arrived, the weather is definitely getting cooler, and the hours of light are beginning to rush by even faster. But as the sun sleeps earlier by the day, Khoollect HQ has been quietly buzzing away to bring you another bunch of pleasant read, watch and listens to get cosy & lost in.
This week we’ve seen the introduction of our new podcast series, visited Jerusalem (kind of), discovered how to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, and much more. Here’s a few of my favourite features from the week:
We had a cuppa & a chat with chef and author of Food for all Seasons, Oliver Rowe. Listen to our podcast where we spoke about his journey through the world of seasonal food.
If like me, you have a hint of nomad about you – our selection of road trip essentials may well come in handy. Covering everything from what to wear, to what to read – the team sorted through the noise to bring you our list of must-have’s for the next time you hit the open road.
We visited Jerusalem for an afternoon, well, vicariously through the pages of The Palomar Cookbook and the chat of its writers. Read the full Q&A over on Khoollect.
Feeling a little trapped in the city? This week we featured Herb Lester’s How to Get Out of London Without Really Trying – a captivating guide on how to easily escape the hectic metropolis many of us call home.

And finally, the team took a moment to applaud our favourite instagrammers that have a knack for finding inspiration in the worlds that surround them. Sit back, relax and get lost in some awe-inspiring photography from all over the world.
Have a great weekend!
