Rachel Khoo’s Simple Pleasures vodcast with Ravneet Gill

Welcome to my online series: Simple Pleasures. Here I’ll be joined by a special guest in each episode as we dive into all life’s simple pleasures and what a simple pleasure means to them.

In this episode I virtually sit down with Ravneet Gill, an accomplished London pastry chef and food writer who also runs Countertalk a platform designed to help connect chefs, provide education and healthy working environment in the hospitality industry.

She has also the recently launched the online Puff pastry course. We talk about the little pleasures that can be found in baking, being able to lift a pig over your head and the perfect coffee and biscuit.
