In this episode I virtually sit down with Ravneet Gill, an accomplished London pastry chef and food writer who also runs Countertalk a platform designed to help connect chefs, provide education and healthy working environment in the hospitality industry.
She has also the recently launched the online Puff pastry course. We talk about the little pleasures that can be found in baking, being able to lift a pig over your head and the perfect coffee and biscuit.
