Anyone who has watched my almond pudding YouTube video, or read about my custard millefeuilles in Rachel Khoo’s Kitchen Notebook, will know that I am very fond of rhubarb. With rhubarb season in full swing, I’ve been spotting some interesting uses for the stuff – some of which I am very keen to try out!
