My Snapshots… Bavaria and more

This week was launch week for my German Kitchen Notebook, Mein Küchentagebuch. The book officially came out last but as you know I was in Melbourne at the time and have only just been able to celebrate the launch.

Really enjoyed meeting you all this week in Berlin and Vienna – there was such a wonderful crowd at each event, I loved every minute of it! Wish I could’ve stayed for longer and visited more of you in other cities.

Tucked into some traditional Bavarian delicacies whilst I was away, and couldn’t resist having a bottle of Almdudler. There were some fantastic suggestions coming in from you all in the comments – plenty of great dishes to sample and places to eat. My future adventure to-do lists are getting longer and longer!

Speaking of Austria, did you anyone see this weeks recipe from my new book Rachel Khoo’s Kitchen Notebook? It’s inspired by my Austrian grandmother and brings back fond childhood memories. Could be a great one to try out at the weekend when you have plenty of time for marinading and slow cooking.

If you don’t want to wait for my weekly snapshot round up, you can see exactly what I’m getting up to throughout the week by following me over on Instagram (@rachelkhooks). Bon weekend!

  1. Liebe Rachel,
