My snapshots...candying, brining and more

Well if you hadn't guessed it from the title, I've been spending lots of time in the kitchen where I've been busy testing out more recipes! I've got so many ideas buzzing around in my head and it's always fun to see how they turn out. So far, so good.

Did you catch my latest YouTube video? It's one of my favourite ways of using up leftovers or when you've got odds and ends left in the fridge and cupboards. Super tasty and simple - and great for feeding a crowd!
