My snapshots...candying, brining and more
Well if you hadn't guessed it from the title, I've been spending lots of time in the kitchen where I've been busy testing out more recipes! I've got so many ideas buzzing around in my head and it's always fun to see how they turn out. So far, so good.
Did you catch my latest YouTube video? It's one of my favourite ways of using up leftovers or when you've got odds and ends left in the fridge and cupboards. Super tasty and simple - and great for feeding a crowd!
Can't believe it's just two weeks now till Rachel Khoo's Kitchen Notebook launches - hope you're all as excited as I am? Here's a sneaky peak of what you can expect to see in the book from my actual notebooks.
1. Couldn't resist this gorgeous pastel display - came away with a green juicer.
2. Candying orange peel is time consuming, but so worth it.

3. New way of cooking mushrooms: brining then roasting.
Bon weekend all!
