My snapshots...kangaroos and more!
It's hard to believe that I'm now approaching the end of my time in Melbourne. What with filming, events and meeting local producers, artisans and other people involved in the food industry in some way (and not forgetting kangaroos!!), it's fair to say it's been a bit of a whirlwind - in a good way!
Really excited for everyone in Australia to see the new show later this year, I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I've enjoyed making it. In the meantime, remember to tune into SBS, starting next Thursday 2nd April at 7.30pm, to watch my previous series of Kitchen Notebook: Cosmpolitan Cook. There's 10 episodes taking in some of my favourite places across Europe, as well as previously unexplored cities - and lots of yummy recipes for you all to try!
Hope you all have a fab weekend whatever you're up to. It's my last one in Melbourne so I'll be making the most of this beautiful city.

1. No trip to Australia could be complete without meeting a Kangaroo!
2. Lucky enough to spot an Echidna roaming free on the beach.
3. Stunning views at Hart's Farm in the Mornington Peninsula.
Bon weekend!
