Peek-a-look* – Spring style

Rachel Khoo peek-a-look Spring

Now the days are finally getting longer and the sun is shining again, it’s time to put away the winter coats and start thinking about dressing for the warmer days. At this time of year I like to give my wardrobe a little spring clean and update it with a few key pieces. Here’s what I’ve got my eye on at the moment:

*1 – I like to treat myself to a new white t-shirt when spring comes along. These t-shirts are a little more expensive, but it’s worth it. Not only is the cotton is really lovely and doesn’t get misshapen after several washes, but the White T-Shirt Company also pride themselves on being ethical, environmentally friendly and commited to supporting fair trade too.

*2 – Nothing like a cute dress on a sunny day, especially one that can easily take you from day to night. Like this gorgeous white dress from Anthropologie, especially love the bow detail on the back.

*3 – Just got myself some lovely gold sandals to get me in the mood for a bit more sunshine. They’re similar to this lovely pair from Kurt Geiger and best of all they go with any outfit.

*4 – Think I’ve found the perfect spring dress from Tara Starlet, a British company making vintage inspired pieces. The 50s style cut is to die for and the print is so cute!

*5 – It might feel a tad too early but you can’t beat popping on a pair of sunnies to put you into that Spring vibe. I’m a big fan of H&M’s range, they’ve always got some nice styles, in classic shapes and colours – and best of all, they won’t cost the earth with most less than £10. Bargain!
