My simple and delicious aperitif suggestions
If you’re based in London and have the chance head over to Cafe Sou for a Parisian-style evening with a cheese or charcuterie board and a glass of bubbly. I’ve such fond memories of evenings in Paris with friends – enjoying cheese and a crunchy baguette (or two).
For those of you who aren’t able to make it down to Cafe Sou, I’ve put together some of my favourite aperitif recipes from rummaging through my blog archives and the recipe collection over on Khoollect.
When it comes to having friends or family over, you can’t go wrong with cheese, bread and good company. Although, when I have time, I love to make some simple aperitifs. Whether that’s my smashed pumpkin bruschetta or some fun and delicious pina colada kebabs – it’s about finding a stress-free dish that you can whip up easily.
