Chocolate eclairs

Hmmmm, made a bit of a dog’s dinner out of these chocolate eclairs. Managed to make one explode by piping too much filling and then was a bit sloppy on the fondant. All the same they tasted good, just think I’ll have to practice these a bit more.

No recipe needed for this delightful treat just layer the snappy thin wafers of chocolate (Danish Pålægschokolade) with your preferred dollop of creme fraiche or whipped cream for a quick and easy indulgence. Freeze it for an ice cream sandwich experience or enjoy it straight up! 💬
