I was looking at your Apple puff pastry parcels. They are lovely and they remind me of my mom who used to make the same thing only she called them Apples in kerchiefs !!! As in hankerchiefs …..Love your site and recipes…Thank you for sharing them. xx

My passion making is french pastries.I was able to go to Paris a couple of years ago and take a weekend pastry class at the Le Cordon Bleu. it was unforgettable.
I am coming back to Paris the end of Sept.in 2013 for a month. I would like to take pastry class from you if you have time. I also am looking to rent a flat or apt. for the month. If you know of a place I would love to have their contact information.I really don’t know anyone in Paris and will be traveling alone.So I would like to stay in a safe area.Thank you Rachel for any suggestions you might have for me.
