Inside my Zumbo's wardrobe (episodes 1-3)

One of the most exciting parts of filming a new television series is getting to work closely with a dedicated wardrobe team to put together a collection of fun and vibrant garments for each and every episode of the show.

On Zumbo's Just Desserts I was spoilt with a range of beautiful outfits, each handpicked by my talented stylist Lauren Bush and her team, with my quirky personality and love of bold colours and patterns in mind. As always, you'll only spot me wearing dresses and skirts – no trousers here (although often unpractical in the kitchen!). Much like on My Kitchen Rules, I was delighted to be able to wear clothing crafted by some talented Australian designers, as well as a few wardrobe staples and items of my own. Here's a little rundown of what I wore on the first three episodes of the show:

Episode 1

In my debut episode, I wore the most stunning Retrospec’d royal blue cap sleeve dress, Mimco onyx & crystal earrings, and a pair of amazing (and very high!) Miu miu red, blue and silver glitter trim heels.

Episode 2

On the second episode I sported a Veronika Maine burgundy boat neck top, and a Gigi’s Fairy Fashion black, red, purple and bone coloured print skirt. Gigi's is one of my favourite little boutiques to visit in Sydney, stocking a range of beautifully handmade and vintage-inspired clothing. I paired my outfit with Witchery gold hexagon studs and Miu Miu black suede heels

Episode 3

The wardrobe team and I decided my own Lindy Bop green shirt dress would be ideal for the third episode. This is such a comfortable dress and is perfect for the office, a casual day out, or more sophisticated occasions. I accessorised with Swarovski crystal studs and Wittner nude patent heels.

Channel 7 Australia

Zumbo's Just Desserts is airing on Channel 7 Australia during August and September 2016. Tune in to catch me co-host the show with Adriano Zumbo or watch online (Australia only).
