For most of us, the daily grind has become busier than ever. I manage various businesses, run an online magazine and have a family to look after, and sometimes, it can be overwhelming. When I feel stressed or under too much pressure, I know it's time to step back and reassess the situation.
Personally, I've come up with go-to activities and hobbies that help me to relax and become more mindful with my approach to stress.
