Take a deep breath: my relaxation tips and tricks

For most of us, the daily grind has become busier than ever. I manage various businesses, run an online magazine and have a family to look after, and sometimes, it can be overwhelming. When I feel stressed or under too much pressure, I know it’s time to step back and reassess the situation.

Personally, I’ve come up with go-to activities and hobbies that help me to relax and become more mindful with my approach to stress.  The Khoollect Team and I are big on working mindfully and making sure that our ethos of living an inspired life shines through in our content. I believe that being productive in business is all about working effectively as a team, checking in with one another and showing enthusiasm in every business endeavor.
