My Swedish Kitchen Workshop in London

This post contains products that were gifted for the workshop.

For the launch of My Swedish Kitchen on Food Network UK, I hosted another Swedish-themed workshop at Khoollect's London studio. It was so lovely having some of my fellow foodies over to celebrate: Anna, Alice, Alexandra, Manon, Angellica, and Duyku. We chatted over teas and coffee about Swedish cooking and decorated teeny tiny versions of my favourite cake from Episode 1 of my show!

Big thanks to Food Network for hosting the Swedish Kitchen workshop and to Izy and Grace for all your wonderful help in the kitchen.

Thank you to Pom Pom Factory for the beautiful paper blooms, Falcon Enamelware for the enamel goods, Kilner jars for the jars and Mason Cash for the mixing bowl. And thank you to Cuisinart for the coffee machine and the cordless hand blender – perfect for proper Fika with freshly brewed coffee and cake (wouldn't be a Fika without coffee!).

Remember, UK viewers can catch up with the show on Quest until the 12th October 2019. And work your way through all the featured recipes (and many many more!) in my new book – which you can find on Amazon.
