  3. Hi Rachel – my pumpkin pancakes didn’t work out and I need your expert advice! I made the mix according to the recipe, but my first batch seemed quite thick and didn’t bubble – they worked out more like squishy fritters. So I thought the mix was too thick and added more milk, but sadly they just became big fritters that fell apart. What do you think I should have done? Thanks!!
