I’m visiting Leiths School of Food and Wine in London for a special workshop on Saturday October 26 2013. We’ll be cooking recipes from my new book (coming out this autumn). The half day hands on workshop will focus on some of my favourite regional French dishes, inspired by my recent travels in France. I’ll be sharing plenty of tips along the way too 🙂
Whether you’re an experienced cook or new to cooking, we’ll be cooking French food with a twist – so I’m sure there’ll be something new for everyone to learn.
