This week, I experimented with dulce de leche recipes and crafted 'Dulce de Leche Marshmallows'. Unlike traditional marshmallows made from marshmallow plant roots, my recipe is lighter on sugar with a fluffy, mousse-like texture, best enjoyed chilled. For an alternative coating, skip the dessicated coconut and opt for a mix of icing sugar and corn starch.
