Recipe: Sticky barbecue glaze
Summer is here in the Northern Hemisphere and that means one thing – barbecue season has started. Try my Sticky barbecue glaze recipe in my Evening Standard Column. I’ll be getting ready for Cancer Research UK’s Big BBQ Weekend (19-20 July), and making a big batch of this sauce in advance.

I just discovered you this past Saturday (11:00 AM EDT – US) on what I think must have been your Kitchen Notebook: London television show (I didn’t see the title 🙁 I’m already a FAN!!!
You made the most wonderful looking chicken dish which you served with a fabulous pineapple, cucumber, red onion and lime juice salad but much to my dismay, I can’t find the chicken recipe…
it included honey, ginger, chili sauce (?) and you cooked what appeared to be dark meet chicken (thighs and legs) in it. I’ve been craving it ever since!!!
Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks,
Beth
Hi Beth – great to hear you’ve started watching the show. One recipe from each episode is being made available online and all the recipes will be in my new book (Rachel Khoo’s Kitchen Notbook), which is due out in February 2015. It’s available to pre-order here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Rachel-Khoos-Kitchen-Notebook-Khoo/dp/0718179463/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1407750923&sr=8-5&keywords=rachel+khoo
Thanks

Like Beth Sorah by chance I came upon your show on the Cooking Channel here in the U.S.A. and I found it very refreshing. I immediately ordered your book Little Kitchen in Paris from Amazon.com. Your show airs on Saturdays at 10am and the episode I just watched was the same what Beth Sorah is referring to. Ming Tsai is one of my favorite Chefs to watch cook. I developed this fantasy that perhaps you can cook on his show Simply Ming. Thanks
