Roundup of 2012 highlights
Happy New Year! I hope you've had a perfectly indulgent festive season, and are ready to take on 2013. Thanks for all your support during the past year. My year wouldn't have been as an exciting without you, and I really appreciate all your tweets, comments, messages and

From foraging in the Swedish mountains (and even a stint at the famous Fäviken restaurant), to signing books at Harrods I've had quite an amazing 2012. I've found myself searching for olive groves in Nice, taste-testing chocolate, joining cooking demonstrations at the Big Welsh Bite, and even dropping by 10 Downing Street.
Lots of book launches for various European editions of my book have kept me busy, and I've enjoyed dabbing in all sorts of projects, here and there.
I feel very lucky to have embarked on some fabulous culinary adventures and can't wait to continue the fun as the New Year gets into full swing. Here's a little recap of my 2012 – a round up from my monthly newsletter. To stay up-to-date with my latest news and events, sign up to my newsletter here.

APRIL For the launch of the Dutch version of the Little Paris Kitchen I spent time in chilling out in Amsterdam, exploring loads of cool local haunts.
MAY In springtime I was lucky enough to spend time in beautiful Stockholm, stocking up on (too many) food magazines and sampling all sorts of sweet pastries.
JUNE I had my first live cooking demonstration on TV, and whipped up a Coronation mini quiche with little crown shaped edges, to celebrate the Queen's Jubilee!
JULY Two weeks of summer were spent working at the remote Swedish restaurant Fäviken. Fishing for freshwater trout, foraging in the forest and making moose kebabs.
The tail end of summer brought more foraging, fishing and countryside ramblings in Sweden. Alongside a creative team, I headed back to Sweden to
for The Sunday Times Style magazine. We caught and cooked the freshest crayfish around!
was our reward at the end of a long day of exploring.
Autumn was filled with lots of travelling and promoting for various European book launches and other culinary adventures. This year my book was translated into

NOVEMBER Prior to Christmas I took a road trip to visit some olive producers and local produce gems in Nice. My navigation skills were tested to say the least!
DECEMBER My festive season involved taste-testing chocolate and an Austrian-style Christmas shoot for You Magazine, set in a wood cabin, complete with open fireplace.
