Author of “Barres de céréales : Muesli & granola maison” and “Pâtes à tartiner” (ed. Marabout) which both have been translated into Dutch. She has also written recipes for Elle à table, Glamour, Galerie Lafayette Gourmet and EMEL.
Her recipes have also featured in the books “Fait Maison – La petite épicerie homemade” (ed. Marabout) as well as her culinary events in “Delicate: New food culture“.
Her third cookbook ”The Little Paris Kitchen” (Rachel’s first book in English) was published by Michael Joseph on the 15th March 2012. This book has been translated into Dutch, French, Italian, German, Danish, Norwegian and Russian. The US version was published in Spring 2013. Brazilian, Taiwanese, Latvian and Polish editions are due out in late 2013.
She is currently working on her fourth cookbook to be published by Michael Joseph in Autumn 2013.
