My Snapshots...From My Kitchen Table

When looking at my Instagram snapshots from August, I realised I have been sharing lots of my own home cooking creations. From breakfasts with my dog Kit to use-what-I-find-in-the-fridge dinners. So here's my monthly round up of simple meals from my kitchen:

You can keep up with my daily snapshots by following me on Instagram (@rachelkhooks)

1. Weekend breakfast with a big Cornishware pot of breakfast tea, croissants and delicious soft boiled eggs.

2. A random lunch recipe of thinly sliced cabbage, fried egg and avocado - topped with a simple tahini dressing.

3. Hotchpotch of ingredients found in the fridge and freezer - a chuck-it-all-in-the-pan dish! Tomato, asparagus, red onion and salmon with a crème fraîche-dijon mustard base.

5. Love finding quirky and unique ceramics on my travels - these cabbage plates from my recent trip to Portugal make every dish look great. Make good fruit bowls too!

What simple but delicious recipes are you making? Tag me in your pictures - i'd love to see!

Bon Weekend!
