eat/share/listen with Hakeem Onibudo @ Impact Dance
Always good to surround yourself with inspiring people. Hakeem and his awesome hip-hop theatre company and street dance organisation (Impact Dance) is one such inspiration. Find out about his initiatives and collaborations here on his website, and find him on Twitter @hakeemonibudo. I've been going to his dance classes for the past 12 years on and off. Love them, although I think I'll forever be a beginner ;-)
Thanks, Hakeem for sharing your ideas below!
(eat) my fail-safe dish...? Chicken and rice, nice and simple.
(eat) favourite restaurant/cafe/bar and why…? I'm a big fan of Tas Turkish in London. Love Turkey!
(share) can't get through the day without...? Seeing my daughter, Nayomi.
(share) recent inspiring find I've discovered online...? I'm inspired when I come across any uplifting story of human sacrifice (note from Rachel: check out Hakeem's Twitter feed for loads of motivating projects).
