From surfing in Bali to hiking in Austria, cycling just about everywhere around London, and sightseeing in the great outdoors – it's no secret I love to get active outside.
Not only are these pursuits a great way of keeping fit, they're also brilliant for relaxation (and meditation), and clearing my mind after a busy day's work. There's no better health remedy in my opinion!
