These tasty chickpeas found their way into my kitchen this week (and for those who asked for the recipe – soak chickpeas overnight. Boil for an hour. Drain and toss in olive oil with lemon and roast for 30 minutes or until crunchy):
Also, it was official Macaron Day in Paris this Wednesday. Did you buy yourself a little sweet treat (funds going towards Cystic Fibrosis)?
